Cast Iron Wheel - Cast-iron wheels offer many benefits that make them useful for a range of applications. They are good for high-temperature applications and are rated for use in temperatures up to 800° F. They are also a good option for heavy-duty applications, as they can handle up to 10,000 pounds.

Ductile Steel Wheel - A combination of special alloys that give it higher weight capacities than cast iron, and is more economical than drop forged steel; also referred to as malleable iron; material may flex rather than cracking or breaking when submitted to an extreme shock load. Extra thick walled, heavy-duty core, hub & tread face. Precision & tapered bearings maximize mobility and performance in towing and severe use environments. Tensile strength of 45,000 PSI. Temperature can range from as low as -45° F and up to 800° F.

Glass-Filled Nylon Wheel - This is an injection molded, 30% glass filled nylon wheel; it has the same weight capacity of steel, yet incredibly light-weight. 100% washable & steam cleanable; not affected by grease, oils, most chemicals & cleaning solutions, salt, brine & blood. Extreme impact strength, good abrasion and compression resistance, will not flat spot. Offers a smooth ergonomic ride; will also require less effort to start up and maintain a rolling load. Durometer: 85 Shore D (+/-5). Temperature can range from as low as -45° F and up to 250° F (up to 350° F, when used with all metallic bearings and high-temp grease).

Hard Rubber - Solid hard rubber tread & core offers high impact strength. It's easy rolling and the nylon bearing sleeve molded into wheel core, offers improved roll-ability. Wheel color is solid black. Durometer: 60 Shore D (+/-5). Temperature range: -40° F to 160° F.

High Modulus Rubber Wheel - High modulus quality rubber tread vulcanized to aluminum core. Rounded balloon cushion tread offers the best shock absorbing cushioned ride available, easily rolls over debris and small obstructions (electrical cords, floor joints, etc.), offers maximum floor protection, high impact strength and ultra-quiet rolling operation. High modulus round tread minimizes surface friction and enables wheel to turn easily. Gray & black tread colors are available; gray tread is non-marking. To maximize roll-ability, we recommend using #63 sealed precision ball bearings with top hat bushings. Durometer: 60 Shore A (+/-5). Temperature range: -40° F to 180° F.

High Temp Glass Filled Nylon Wheel - The high temperature glass-filled nylon wheel is made for high-temp bakery, autoclave and steam cleaning washdown applications. This wheel provides excellent resistance to most chemicals, solvents, oil, salt and alkalis and can not only withstands hard impacts and drop-shocks, but also offers non-marking floor protection, absorption resistance, high load capacities and long service life. The highest temperature range of the wheel is +475°F continuous and +550°F intermittent. This wheel is not suitable for prolonged dry heat environments.

High Temp Phenolic Wheel - Phenolic resin mixed with macerated canvas made for high temperature applications -best suited for dry heat (Powder coating, bakeries, etc.). Exceptional resistance to oil, grease, and most acids, chemicals and cleaning solutions. Not recommended for frequent wash-down or wet environments. Hard tread rolls exceptionally easy; not recommended for rough surfaces. Durometer: 95 Shore D (+/-5). Temperature can range from as low as -40° F and up to 475° F continuous, 550° F intermittent.

Nylon Wheel - Solid wheel molded from Nylon 6. 100% washable & steam cleanable; impervious to water, highly resistant to organic solvents, most chemicals & cleaning solutions; ideal for use in food processing and packaging plants. Offers high impact strength and exceptional abrasion resistance. Hard tread has slight crown and rolls very easily. This is also a non-marking material. Durometer: 75 Shore D (+/-5). Temperature can range from as low as -40° F and up to 210° F.

Phenolic Wheel - Phenolic resin mixed with macerated canvas; creates a high capacity, high impact resistant wheel. Hard tread rolls easily, provides good concrete floor protection and is quieter than steel wheels. Resistant to oil, grease & solvents, non-metallic & non-sparking. Durometer: 90 Shore D (+/-5). Temperature can range from as low as -50° F and up to 250° F.

Pneumatic Foam Filled Wheel - These are made from closed cell Micro-cellular polyurethane foam and offer the same advantages of as a pneumatic tire without the possibility of leaking air out. Provides shock load protection and a smooth cushioned ride, rolling easily over debris and small obstacles. Wide, soft tread face is ideal for rolling on grass, sand, dirt, etc. Wheels are non-marking. Available with precision bearings that offer maximum roll-ability and are maintenance free. Saw-tooth tread design offers both traction and maneuverability. Perfect for hand trucks, dollies, carts & mobile equipment such as generators, lawn & garden equipment, etc.

Polyolefin - Polyolefin, 04.000 x 1.500, w/ Bore 1-3/16, Bearing, Plain, Black, Curved, 400 lbs.

Polyurethane on Glass Filled Nylon Wheel - Polyurethane elastomer tread is chemically bonded to an ultra-strong mag style glass filled nylon core that has the same weight capacity of steel; light-weight yet very durable. Offers a very smooth effortless ride, is non-marking and protects floors. Resists compression set or “flat spotting”, has exceptional impact strength and good abrasion resistance. Non-metal materials will not rust. Durometer: 95 Shore A (+/-5). Temperature can range from as low as -45° F and up to 180° F.

Polyurethane Molded on Polyolefin Wheel - These wheels are composed of injection molded polyurethane treads which are mechanically bonded to a polyolefin core. The polyurethane tread is molded in around and through a ribbed extension of the wheel core to help prevent tread de-bonding. Poly on poly wheels are easier rolling on hard smooth surfaces than softer rubber tread wheels and can withstand exposure to many different chemicals, solvents, water, and acids. Standing loads can cause these wheels to flat-spot overtime which makes them unsuitable for sitting in storage under heavy loads for a long duration of time.

Polyurethane on Aluminum Wheel - Polyurethane elastomer tread chemically bonded to a light-weight aluminum core. Aluminum core has a strong attractive appearance, is lightweight and is resistant to rust and corrosion. Colors: Available in non-marking red & green tread for 2" face and blue in the 1-1/4 tread. Durometer: 95 Shore A (+/-5). Temperature range: -40° F to 180° F.
